Your information is securely stored on our company system which is provided by a professional ICT Managed Service provider. Only a select few CXC Ltd personnel can access your information, which is held behind a password protected and encrypted external access system.

We keep all of the information types listed above from the website contact web page for no longer than 12 calendar months.

We will then securely dispose of your information by deleting it from our ICT system and overwriting the file area.
