About CXC

Est.2013

Company  X Consulting (CXC) Limited was formed in December 2013 by the current Managing Directors and continues as a Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) Consultancy, with Strong Social Values. Since its inception, we have grown into an award-winning brand known for our outstanding reputation in delivering tangible benefit and value to our clients.

At CXC, our stated mission is to provide consultancy specialists, outcomes and services, maintaining the highest quality and associated reputation at every level, continuing to grow and develop our high-calibre consultants and their skillsets with the agility to react, adapt and evolve to the ever-changing needs of our clients.

A geographically agnostic company, we believe talent is nationally distributed and employing high-calibre consultants should be based on their ability, not location. Our consultants are predominately from a Defence, Government, Counter Terror and Policing background; however, we encourage anyone with a marketable skillset who aligns with our culture and values to consider us. We look for independently-minded people, who we can depend on to deliver exceptional value on behalf of CXC to our clients.

Our Values underpin everything we do, fostering a strong family ethos where members feel part of the CXC family. We believe through professionalism, integrity, loyalty, trust, courage, respect, teamwork, innovation and passion, we exceed client expectation and deliver exceptional benefit and value. A CXC consultant who feels settled and secure will more likely give long term sustainable benefit and value to the client.

At CXC, we firmly believe that our people make us who we are. As a people-led business, we value and celebrate the unique talents and perspectives that each team member brings. Our team of dedicated professionals, from veterans to industry experts, embody our commitment to excellence and a strong sense of belonging. They are the driving force behind our success and the reason why we can deliver exceptional results for our clients. Get in touch with us today and discover how our exceptional team can help you achieve your goals.

To do this we actively dismantle barriers and champion equal opportunities for all; not only with the elimination of unlawful and unfair discrimination or by legal compliance , but we also do this through continuous education, engagement, and collaboration. We listen, learn, and continuously adapt to build an ever-more inclusive environment.

We aim to provide strategic guidance to our organisation, ensuring that our policies, practices and initiatives are not only compliant, but also go beyond; creating an environment where diversity is celebrated as an integral part of our success.
