Honouring Reserve Forces Day
Today, on Reserve Forces Day, we proudly express our gratitude to all those who serve the UK—both Regular and Reservist personnel—including the dedicated individuals within our own team at CXC.
As a GOLD ERS-accredited, veteran-owned company, with 96% of our employees coming from Military or Government backgrounds, we deeply respect and understand the commitment, professionalism, and vital contribution our Reserve Forces make to the UK’s defence capability.
To support this, all Reservists at CXC receive an additional 10 days of leave per year to fulfil their Reserve duties—an initiative we are proud to uphold.
